I review the beers I drink

Sierra Nevada – Dankful IPA

Moderately hazy with solid head retention, smells of tangerine, sweaty feet, and bread dough. The taste is crisp and lightly fruity with flavors of toasted bread and floral honey up front and subtle hints of citrus, pineapple, and peach underneath a soft full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of pine, grapefruit peel, apricot, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a nice bridge between the coasts; a little haze, a little tropical, a little bready, a little bit of hop bite.
