I review the beers I drink

Sierra Nevada – Celebration

Lightly hazy with solid head retention, smells of roasted malts, orange blossom, and pine. The taste is crisp and dense with toasted bread, apple skin, and faint orange juice notes on a thick full body. The finish is moderate to high in bitterness, featuring notes of herbal hops, grapefruit pith, and pine sap. Overall, it’s very well balanced, and has a nice complexity while remaining drinkable and fairly approachable.
