Collaboration with the Garage Project from New Zealand. Malt roasted over Manuka wood, Manuka honey, and vanilla. Smells faintly smoky and of honey. Taste is very strong roasted malt, kinda like a German rauchbier, with a nice sweetness from honey, again vanilla is subtle but shows in the finish. Very smoky for a porter, but I like it.
