I review the beers I drink

Saranac – Summer Golden Ale

Clear with decent head retention, smells of unbaked sourdough, honey, and wildflower. The taste is crisp and bright, with a soft acidic element and some mineral qualities permeating a thick bready mouthfeel. The finish is mostly clean with low to moderate bitterness and notes of herbal, spicy, and piney hops. Overall, this is simply a well crafted ale: balanced and drinkable.
