I review the beers I drink

Saranac – Pollinator Pils

Crystal clear with light head retention, smells of pale malts and floral/grassy hops. The taste is crisp and bready with a light minerality beneath the medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter with notes of herbal, floral, and grassy hops. Overall, it’s a solid Pilsner, nothing particularly unique but it does nail the style.
