I review the beers I drink

Saranac – Irish Lager

Clear with minimal head retention, smells of pale malts and light floral hops, with a characteristic note of clean lager yeast. The taste is crisp and bright with notes of toasted bread and a light mineral quality from the smooth full body. The finish is dry and moderately bitter with an abundance of herbal, floral, and earthy hop notes that add a needed level of complexity. Overall, it’s a clean, sessionable pale lager but with a stronger malt body than most and a great blend of Old World hops.
