I review the beers I drink

Saranac – Blueberry Blonde

Just a hint of haze with minimal head retention, smells of blueberry, graham cracker, and floral hops. The taste is doughy and lightly sweet with flavors of blueberry pie, raw bread dough, and hint of musty yeast on a soft and silky smooth medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of floral and herbal hops, grape leaves, brie, and yeasty funk. Overall, this is surprisingly complex, a damn good blonde with fruity and sweet blueberry notes but none of the tartness, balanced perfectly against each other.
