The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of wheat and Ritz crackers, along with fruitier undertones of green apple and pear on a smooth full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of cantaloupe rind, apricot, lemon zest, yeast, and floral hops. Overall, this is a lovely beer, surprisingly complex yet quite sessionable!
