The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of Ritz crackers, honey nut Cheerios, and soft hints of caramel on a smooth medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of grassy, herbal, floral, and spicy hops notes and a touch of mineral water. Overall, it’s a very well made pilsner with clean malts and Noble hops making it as enjoyable as it is sessionable.
