I review the beers I drink

Sam Adams – Breakaway Blonde

Clear with solid rocky head retention, smells of sourdough, banana bread, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of honeyed oats, sourdough, and banana on a soft medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of floral, grassy, and herbal hops as well as a touch of banana peel and clove. Overall, this is a solid blonde ale, light and easy drinking, with nice yeasty character throughout.
