Very hazy with minimal head retention, smells of pineapple, oranges, and kiwi. The taste is crisp and bready, with flavors of orange juice, pineapple and doughy biscuits on a smooth, full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter featuring notes of orange zest, grapefruit pith, and subtle melon rind. Overall, it’s a solid hazy IPA, though not juicy enough to be a true NEIPA. Regardless, it’s very flavorful and well balanced, and with a more satisfyingly dense body and softer flavors than a West Coast IPA.
