Crystal clear with a solid, rocky head on top, smells of caramel, honey, and pine. The taste is crisp and lightly fruity with flavors of apple, orange blossom, and toasted bread on a medium body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s definitely West Coast style, but well balanced and not overwhelming to the palate, and with a nice variety of fruity hop flavors shining through.
