I review the beers I drink

Rogue – Hazelnut Brown Nectar

My boss gave me more free beer, thanks Bob! Mostly clear, dark chestnut color, smell has huge notes of hazelnut, other roasty, nutty aromas in the background, don’t detect hops. Taste is creamy brown ale goodness with a strong hazelnut overtone. Reminds me of a thick, creamy stout, but with less roast and chocolate, way more nuttiness. Full, chewy mouthfeel and a crisp, nutty finish. An excellent brown ale in my opinion, the addition of hazelnut is brilliant!
