Perennial Artisan Ales – Cracker Crust

Lightly hazy with solid head retention, smells of guava, pale malts, and floral hops. The taste is crisp and crackery with flavors of saltines, Ritz crackers, and a touch of honey sweetness underneath the medium body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit pith, pine, lime peel, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s not bad, I do get subtle notes of honey, but the hop notes are a little bit of everything and can feel haphazard.
