Very hazy, and very murky with minimal head retention, smells of strawberry rhubarb jam, sour cherry gummies, and raspberries. The taste is dense and quite tart, with flavors of blue raspberry Sour Patch Kids, black cherries, blueberries, and honey on a very thick and creamy body. The finish is long and puckering with notes of sour raspberry and saliva. Overall, it’s more sour than I really prefer, but is still balanced enough with sweet berry flavors to be drinkable, and is a wonderfully unique beer.
