Other Half – DHDHC Mylar Bags

Double High Density Hop Charge!

Super hazy and very murky with minimal head retention, smells of pineapple, mango, lemon, and orange. The taste is crisp and juicy with flavors of orange juice, lemon, pineapple, lime, and mango on a bready, thick, and chewy body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness, featuring notes of lemon zest, lime peels, and grapefruit pith on a bed of herbal and floral hops. Overall, this is very good, and very complex, but due to the lower abv, it is more drinkable than the other HDHC brews I’ve had. Surprisingly, the body is less creamy, apparently due to less malt used.
