Very hazy with light head retention, smells of floral hops, honey, and vanilla. The taste is sweet with honey and sweet cream dominating over a background of citrus and apple notes on a smooth, creamy full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness featuring citrus zest, floral, and soft herbal hop notes. Overall, this is a dangerously good beer. The honey cream are present, but not overpowering. It’s a fun twist on the NEIPA.
