Lightly hazy with solid head retention, smells of honey, as well as floral and grassy hops. The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of fresh proofed dough, saltines, and honey nut Cheerios on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of herbal, grassy, and floral hops. Overall, it’s a decent beer, more in the style of a traditional English IPA; it’s enjoyable but somewhat one dimensional and not all that different from a Euro Pilsner.
