Lightly hazy with solid head retention, smells of coffee, white chocolate, and vanilla. The taste is smooth and lightly sweet with flavors of a White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino, banana bread, and cordial cherry on a super soft and creamy full body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of espresso, dark chocolate, burnt caramel, and herbal hops. Overall, this is an odd beer, I’ve heard of “blonde stouts” but haven’t had one until now. It does indeed taste like a stout, with the strong coffee and chocolate flavors making up for the lack of roasted malt. I don’t hate it. I kinda like it. And I’m fine with the weird style name. You should try this beer, and if you have to choose, I’d buy this one over Everything Nice.
