I review the beers I drink

Northway Brewing – Perfect Day Pilsner

Crystal clear with light rocky head retention, smells of honey, pale malts, and Noble hops. The taste is crisp and lightly fruity with flavors of lightly toasted bread and subtle apple, pear, and citrus underneath the medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of spicy and herbal hops with hints of pine nuts and sap underneath. Overall, this is a perfect pilsner; great aroma, flavor, and complexity, yet still effortlessly sessionable. This is a textbook German Pilsner.
