Lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of citrus, honey, and subtle yeasty funk. The taste is ever so slightly tart with a hint of lemon; crisp, crackery malts ride underneath the medium body. The finish is short and low in bitterness with notes of floral and herbal hops and a fully attenuated mineral dryness. Overall, this is a wonderfully enjoyable saison, not too tart and extra brut.
