I review the beers I drink

New Glarus – Gyrator

Smells of toffee, caramel, and raisins. The taste is bold and a little sweet with flavors of banana bread, charred biscuits, molasses, and caramel all synchronizing harmoniously on a smooth and creamy extra full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of plum, toffee, brown sugar and herbal hops. Overall, this is a fantastic Doppelbock, well balanced and very flavorful.
