Picked up a mixed sixer at work just for some variety, I like the original Citradelic, so I’m excited to try this. Very pale and slightly hazy, minimal head retention. Smells of fresh lime juice, and coriander/cilantro; VERY enticing. The taste is sweet and lightly tart, but not puckering, with subtle notes of coriander and pepper, with a smooth medium body. The finish is light and fruity, very refreshing with almost no bitterness but some floral and citrusy hop flavors can be found mingling with the fresh lime. Overall, this is a fantastic thirst quencher beer, it rivals Dogfish Head SeaQuench in refreshingness but I’d say is a little more sessionable. Reminds me of a gose up front, then finishes like a Bud Light Lime made with real ingredients.
