Dinner wasn’t enough, so of course there had to be seconds! Lightly hazy with great head retention, smells of mango, papaya, and citrus. The taste is crisp and bready with a touch of peppery grains and a background of pineapple, mango, and lemon on a thick and chewy full body. The finish is long and moderately bitter with notes of citrus zest, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, this beer is a bit maltier and hoppier than Dinner as well as less dry. Definitely a great beer to have with dinner, and worth trying, though I’d say Dinner is my favorite of the three.
