Slightly hazy with excellent head retention, smells of crisp malt and grassy hops with a note of fresh apple and/or pear. Taste is a smooth malt flavor with minimal sweetness and a medium body that transitions into a floral hop finish with a light citrus note. Honestly, a damn good Euro style lager, great balance and interesting flavors, would love to revisit this beer sometime.
