Hazy with almost no head retention, as expected for the style, with a soft fruity aroma featuring notes of banana, apple, and pear. Taste is crisp with a very subtle sweetness and notes of citrus and fresh bread; mouthfeel is medium. The finish is herbal, and grassy with a citrusy overtone and a low bitterness. The use of the lemongrass here is perfect, the balance between it and the hops is just right, and it really pairs nicely with the fruity yeast. Very cool beer.
