Lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of rich honey, pale malt, and soft floral notes. The taste is crisp and lightly acidic, with floral and honey notes underneath the medium body. The finish is moderate in duration and bitterness, with notes of floral, herbal, and spicy hops. Overall, it might just be my new favorite golden ale, seriously the honey flavor in this is spot on and really refreshing. Astonishingly, I don’t believe there’s actually any honey used in this beer.
