Hazy with minimal head, smells of heavy pomegranate, slightly tart, pretty much overpowers all other aromas. The taste is very sweet, with a light tartness that adds another dimension to the flavor, along with a velvety smooth medium body. The finish is crisp and clean, with lots of residual pomegranate flavor and sweetness; hops and bitterness are nowhere to be found. Overall, it’s extremely drinkable, but it’s like a missing link between a beer and a Mike’s Hard. Not bad at all, just doesn’t deliver any of the flavors you’d expect from a beer.
