Layered Irish Beer Pours!

Ok, so this isn’t a beer review, as I reviewed all of these beers individually, but just wanted to show off the pours I was able to accomplish. As far as tasting all of these taste like the top beer by itself and then a mix of the two (or three), you never really taste the bottom beer by itself.

The traditional “Half & Half” of Guinness floated on top of Harp:

A “Blacksmith” with Guinness on top of Smithwick’s:

And a combination I couldn’t find any info online about, I even asked ChatGPT which of these would float on top of the other, and received the wrong answer (🙄) so after figuring out myself that Smithwick’s can be floated on top of Harp, I’m going to call this one the “Lifeguard on Duty

Finally, I took the knowledge that Smithwick’s can be floated on top of Harp and that Guinness could then be floated on top of the Smithwick’s, the create what I am nonsensically calling the “German Flag” despite being entirely made of Irish beers:
