I review the beers I drink

Lawson’s – Double Sunshine Ruby Red Grapefruit

Just the tiniest bit of haze and head retention, smells of grapefruit, pineapple, and sweaty socks. The taste is crisp and spicy with just a fleeting glimpse of artificial grapefruit flavor on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately high in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit peels, pine, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s ok, I get a hint of the grapefruit but not nearly enough. I’m not sure if I’d even compare it to the regular Double Sunshine; meh.
