I review the beers I drink

Kona – Pipeline Porter

Flashlight shows a clear burnt orange color, head retention is light, smells of chocolate, coffee, and toasted coconut. The taste is crisp and smoky with flavors of charred bread, chocolate milk, and Americano coffee on a medium body. The finish is long and moderately bitter, featuring notes of smoke, dark chocolate, black coffee, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s not bad, it’s a solid porter that showcases the coffee well, but I’ve also had better examples of the style.
