Moderately high in haze and with solid head retention, smells of ripe banana, sourdough, and orange blossom. The taste is crisp and bready with flavors of wheat crackers, white pepper, honeyed oats, and subtle hints of grapefruit and orange on an incredibly soft and smooth full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of orange peel, banana bread, sourdough, and floral/herbal hops. Overall this is an incredible beer. One of the softest, creamiest beers I’ve ever had, even rivalling some nitro stouts, it’s insane! And the expertly balanced and curated flavors and the epitome of this style, truly a world class ale!
