I review the beers I drink

Juggernaut – Hillside Cab 2018

Pours a deep reddish purple, smells of lavender, aromatic pipe tobacco, and a touch of leather. The taste is fruity and almost tart with notes of plum, blueberry, and vanilla on a medium body. The finish is a nice balance of dry and acidic, featuring notes of forest floor, raspberry,  leather, and leafy vegetation. Overall, I like it, well balanced and complex, it transitions from fruity to tart to dry to even a touch spicy, without ever going too far in any direction, inviting each subsequent sip to start the experience all over again.
