I review the beers I drink

Josephsbrau – Hefeweizen

Very hazy with an appearance of orange juice with enough light, thin cap of head remains throughout. Smells of banana, faint cloves and a light yeasty funk. Taste is crisp and lightly sweet, with a subtle peppery spicy note and hints of bananas and citrus; medium body. The finish is dry and low in bitterness with just a faint herbal hop note beneath the fruity and spicy initial flavors. Overall, this is a damn good hefeweizen, nice aroma, flavors and balance, I would definitely buy this again.
