Lightly hazy with solid head retention, smells of pistachios, amaretto, and maraschino cherry. The taste is crisp and nutty with flavors of pistachios, oat milk, and subtle vanilla on a thick and creamy full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of pistachios, cherry, vanilla, and just the slightest hint of grassy hops. Overall, I don’t hate it; it delivers on the promised pistachio flavor but it’s balanced and tempered by the malts and Indeed very creamy; reminds me of pistachio ice cream.
