Moderately hazy with minimal head retention, smells of lemon, pale malt, and grassy hops. The taste is tart, almost to the point of puckering but not quite, with notes of citrus and sour candy on a light, effervescent body. The finish is short and tart, with virtually no hop flavor, but lingering notes of lemonade and mineral water. Overall, I was expecting a standard wheat ale, not something this tart (or tart at all), but it’s enjoyable and refreshing, definitely worth trying.
