Made the long, long trip to Hill Farmstead last week, picked up a few things to try here. Extremely hazy with minimal head retention, smells of guava, papaya, and mango. The taste is semisweet with crisp bready malts melding with juicy citrus and tropical fruits on a medium body. The finish is long but low in bitterness, notes of citrus peel, floral, and pine hops. Overall, this is a world class NEIPA, the experience is so close to just drinking orange juice that I’m completely blown away.
