Lightly hazy with decent head retention, smells of classic red malts, toasted bread, with some floral and pine notes underneath. The taste is crisp and spicy, notes of chewy bread and a subtle roasted character underneath matched to a thick, full body. The finish is dry, low to moderate bitterness, with notes of citrus and pine, bringing a nice counterpoint to the malts up front. Overall, I really like this beer, super complex yet extremely drinkable, I could drink this for a month straight!
