Dave Drinks Beer

I review the beers I drink

Half Acre – Navaja

Very lightly hazy with minimal head retention, smells of pine resin and fresh dough. The taste is crisp and bitter all the way through with notes of citrus peel and grapefruit on top of crackery malts and a thick, oily body. The finish is long and high in bitterness with notes of pine resin, citrus peel, and herbal hops. Overall, this is a bit too one dimensional for me, pretty much just straight pine bitterness.
