Hazy with no head retention, smells of honey, wildflowers, and alcohol. The taste is semi-dry with crispness dominating the palate as notes of honey, apple, and pear flash in the background; body is medium. The finish is long with no bitterness, just notes of jasmine, tart apples, and mineral water. Overall, it’s not bad; compared to the other two I’ve had it’s a bit dull, but still very enjoyable.
