I review the beers I drink

Goose Island – Goose IPA

Moderately hazy with decent head retention, smells of fruity citrus and sweet wildflower honey. The taste is semi-sweet with some crisp, toasty, biscuity malts up front, while softer dough and honey and fruit flavors dance underneath; body is medium. The finish is long and moderately bitter, with notes of citrus peel, grapefruit, and subtle herbal hops. Overall, this is a pretty good IPA; well balanced and diverse in its flavor profile.
