Clear with solid head retention, smells of crackers, caramel, and faint hops. The taste is very crisp and bready, with some toasty caramel underneath and a thick, full body. The finish is mostly clean and moderately bitter, with notes of herbal, pine and citrus hops. Overall this is a really good lager; it walks the line between pils and IPL, but its drinkability and smoothness I think leans it more towards a pilsner.
