I review the beers I drink

Goose Island – 312 Urban Wheat Ale

Moderately hazy with no head retention, smells of nearly nothing with a hint of fresh lemon juice. The taste is a crisp wheat bite up front with some funky yeast underneath for complexity, body is light. The finish is moderate in duration and bitterness, with spicy herbal hops blending with the yeast notes to leave lingering flavors of lemon zest and mild tobacco. Overall, a little disappointing in the appearance and aroma areas, but the beer is well rounded and drinkable.
