Goose Island – 312 Peach

312 but with peaches!

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of fresh peaches, gummy peach rings, and canned peaches. The taste is crisp and juicy with flavors of peaches, peach gummies, and freshly baked bread on a soft medium body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, featuring notes of peaches, sourdough, yeast, and soft grassy/herbal hops. Overall, I like it, a little bit of a one trick pony peach flavor but it pairs well with the base wheat ale flavor and is extraordinarily refreshing.
