An “un-bunged keller pilsner” with minimal head retention, smells of clean crisp malts and subtle citrusy/grassy character underneath. The taste is crisp and bready with a soft fruitiness underneath and a medium body. The finish is long and moderate to high in bitterness, with notes of herbal, grassy and citrus hop notes. Overall, this is a unique pilsner, with Noble hop flavors mixed with a fruitiness from the yeast and open fermentation, very cool.
