I review the beers I drink

Flying Dog – Kujo

Flashlight shows a deep blood red hue with light head retention, smells of coffee, coffee, and more coffee. The taste is crisp with notes of black coffee, toasted bread, and dark chocolate on a medium body. The finish is moderate in duration and low in bitterness, featuring notes of coffee, chocolate, and herbal hops. Overall, it’s a very drinkable beer, not overly bitter, with a nice coffee flavor, though it could be dialed back just a bit to let the malt and hops shine through a bit more.
