Clear with minimal head retention, smells of sourdough, honey, and grassy hops. The taste is crisp and doughy with flavors of honeyed oats, sourdough, and a touch a caramel sweetness on a soft medium body. The finish is long and moderately low in bitterness, featuring notes of herbal hops, bitter orange peel, and mineral water. Overall, it’s not a bad ale, not too bitter and quite sessionable, it’s somewhat reminiscent of a Belgian blonde.
