I review the beers I drink

Fiddlehead – Mastermind

Moderately hazy with light head retention, smells of cantaloupe, pineapple, and tangerines. The taste is soft and fruity with notes of pineapple, orange juice, and cantaloupe with notes of sour starfruit and overripe mango on a silky smooth full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of melon rind, grapefruit, guava, lime zest, lemon juice, and pomelo. Overall, this is a surprisingly good beer, I really like Fiddlehead IPA, I think it’s better than Second Fiddle, but this is on another level. SO much going on in the taste and finish, it’s intriguingly complex yet crushable and never overwhelms the palate. This is a truly great NEDIPA.
