Flashlight behind shows no light at all, however flashlight head on shows TONS of floating sediment; great head retention, smells of chocolate, Oreo cookies, and soft roasted malts. The taste is sweet and chewy, with flavors of chocolate syrup, Oreo chocolate cookie and the cream filling, white chocolate, and vanilla on a syrupy yet chewy extra full body. The finish is long and low in bitterness, with really no discernable hop notes, but instead dark chocolate, a touch of alcohol, and a very mild chili pepper spice. Overall, I really like this, it’s kinda like a cookies & cream milkshake blended with just a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and a dark chocolate swirl; astonishingly smooth and delicious!
