Very hazy and lightly murky with some visible sediment and minimal head retention, smells of orange blossom, apricot, granola, and honey. The taste is crisp and resinous, with flavors of apricot, plum, and cantaloupe on a base of honey and toasted bread with a smooth and full body. The finish is long and low to moderate in bitterness, featuring notes of grapefruit pith, and lime peels on a base of floral, herbal, and pine hops. Overall, it’s a good middle ground in terms of juicy, fruity hops and oily, pine hops with enough malt body to set the stage. Not bad.
